Brixton, the property group run by Tim Wheeler, is poised to announce a series of disposals amounting to nearly £400m. The sales conclude an unprecedented year of activity at Brixton, which has been involved in £1.5bn of transactions. Brixton is thought to be selling three office parks to Delancey, a private company run by Jamie Ritblat, for £140m. It is also selling £250m of property it acquired when it bought an industrial portfolio from Industrious last month for £675m.
