Cadbury's is preparing to sell of its Australia Beverages business to allow it to concentrate on confectionery. It has been suggested that a sale of the beverage business could bring in between £300m and £525m. The Australian drinks business is the last drinks division to be sold by Cadbury, after it disposed of Dr Pepper Snapple in the US last year in a move to focus on its confectionery products.
