Ten Alps has acquired Cameron Publishing, the Gateshead-based publisher with 47 staff, for up to £0.8m, and is now in negotiations to acquire TV production companies. Ten Alps PLC has announced reorganisation plans, sectioning the group into three divisions under the Ten Alps brand -- Broadcast, Communications and Digital, in order to increase its commercial profile. This was announced at the same time as the acquisition of specialist media company Cameron Publishing Ltd for an initial consideration of £400,0000 stg plus a performance-related sum of up to £400,000 stg.
