Jarvis has now entered into discussions with several parties concerning the sale of its remaining facilities management business and intends to sell this business in the first quarter of 2005. It is also in discussions with interested parties for the sale of its 33% stake in the London underground Tubelines project, which would raise around £100 million. This deal is expected to complete before the end of the year.
