Property giant Brixton is poised to sell two massive Midland properties as part of acquisition plans which will see it become the UK's largest industrial landlord.
The proposed offload of Lichfield's Fradley Distribution Park and the 1.65 million sq ft Hartlebury Trading Estate in Kidderminster to property fund manager, Teesland, are part of a £397.9 million disposals package, which will focus the group's business on its industrial property activities.
