Recruitment company Hays has decided to demerge its DX Mail business which specialises in business-to-business mail services. Hays is understood to have already received and ruled out several approaches for the division, but may come under pressure to return cash to investors by agreeing to a sale. Private equity firm HG Capital is said to be one of the frontrunners with a bid of £250m.
