Spar, the German grocery store chain, has appointed Deutsche Bank, to sell its 1,100 Netto discount stores in Germany. The sale could be valued at $595m-$893m. Spar decided to sell its Netto stores in Germany following fierce competition from rivals Aldi and Lidl.
