Paperpak, the manufacturer and distributor of adult incontinence products, is reportedly up for sale with a price tag of £80m. The sale of the European division will be handled by Deloitte, while the American business will be sold separately. Paperpak's best known products are marketed under the Attends brand, which it purchased from Proctor & Gamble in 1999.
