Anite may sell off public services division

Anite, the UK-based IT solutions company, is currently undergoing a strategic review of its public services division.Anite has been assessing options for its public services division since late last year. It is thought that the company would be easier to sell after a break-up. The company has also been considering an approach made by an interested and anonymous party recently. It has been speculated that the interested party might be Civica, a competitor to Anite, or Alchemy, the UK-based buy-out group.
