Doson Limited, a family-run care home group, has purchased three care homes from County Durham-based Autumn Care Group for £5.15m.Doson has bought Stockton Lodge Care Home, Seaham, and Denehurst Care Home in Ferryhill, both County Durham, and The White House Nursing Home in Jarrow, South Tyneside.The acquisition was supported by The Royal Bank of Scotland. Doson’s care homes have been increased to seven. The 100 employees who are based at the three care homes being sold are to remain there.
