Big Mouth Media has hired finance house Ion Equity to advise on options which include a sale, a floatation or a recapitalisation of the company. Steve Leach and Heather Luscombe founded the company in 1997. The company will likely generate profit of up to £4m this year with revenue of about £15m. It is understood that the sale of the business could reap around £50m-£60m. Search Works, another online marketing business, is also facing a growing rumour that it is mulling over a sale or a listing.
