Bigmouthmedia searching for acquisitions

Bigmouthmedia is searching for acquisitions to promote its organic growth for a potential trade sale in a years time, CEO Steve Leach has said.
The Edinburgh based new media marketing firm, has not hired any advisers as yet, but plans to do so "when the time is right" according to the CEO.
Leach said the company has been considering acquisitions for around six months now. Such buys, would be made to expand geographically to parts of Europe, Australia and West US. Potential acquisitions could also help increase the range of services, examples include display advertising, affiliates, a domain web, e-marketing, behaviour targeting or an internet service provider. He added that acquisitions would be mostly affected by client demand.
Leach added that Bigmouthmedia would be looking for companies of up to 25% its size - with turnover around EUR 35m (USD 52m) - that could provide "good synergies to the group".
