Property entrepreneur Vincent Tchenguiz is considering the break-up of a £300m portfolio he bought just last quarter from Australian billionaire Kerry Packer. Tchenguiz' company, Consensus Business Group has received offers on some of the six properties he bought in late August from Packer.
