One of London's top tourist spots, Covent Garden Market, is rumoured to be up for sale for around £350m. Investment firm Joiner Cummings have been hired to manage the sale and are expected to be contacting potential buyers this week. The market is currently jointly owned by Henderson Global Investors and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (Swip) under the name of the Covent Garden Market Limited Partnership.
