Crysalis looking at selling radio stations

Crysalis, the radio and music publishing business valued at £240m is rumoured to be considering a sale of its radio businesses. Crysalis owns both the popular Heart FM station in London and Galaxy radio station in Birmingham. Crysalis's radio stations had an EBITA of £10.2m on revenues of £65m as of August 31. Gcap sold its Century stations to GMG for £60m last year which represtented approximately 14 to 15 times earnings before interest, tax and amortisation.
