Hotel group De Vere is expected to distribute the information memorandum on the sale of its 14-site health club chain, Greens, within the next two weeks. The group, which is owned by businessman Richard Balfour-Lynn, has appointed Rothschild to handle the sale. Greens is estimated to fetch up to £60m. No potential buyers have yet been identified.
