Maintel has acquired District Holdings, the established telecoms equipment supplier, for £1.025m. Maintel is a telecommunications and data services company whose headquarters is already based next door to District Holdings. The three existing directors of District Holdings have offered their resignation but will provide consultancy services during the takeover. The consideration was paid for in cash.
