Dunedin, the buyout group, has hired Deloitte to conduct a sale of Filofax, the accessories and luggage company according to reports. The sale of Filofax could realize up to £50m for Dunedin, which acquired the group four years ago for £17m. Dunedin and Deloitte have not commented.
