Landmark exhibition and conference centre Earls Court & Olympia, as well as the Brewery at Chiswell Street in the City, has been put up for sale for an estimated £400m. The owner of the site, St James Capital, has received numerous unsolicited approaches for the business. It has appointed UBS and Longacre to explore options.
