Earls Court & Olympia Group is on the market valued at approximately £400m. The business comprises Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres in London as well as Chiswell Street Brewery. It added that Longacre and UBS had been hired to look into the potential sale after several unsolicited approaches had been received.
