Emap sells radio and consumer businesses

Emap has announced that it has successfully completed the review of its Group structure. Emap has entered into agreements with Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG to sell Emap Consumer Media and Emap Radio for a total consideration of £1.14bn on a cash free, debt free basis.
