Equitable Life has put property up for sale worth £300m and has earmarked £1bn for sale. Property agent CB Hillier Parker has approached investors with its first property package. The London portfolio contains Minerva House in Southwark. £85m Southside building in Victoria and the retail block of the Royal Opera House.
