Esporta may be up for sale, according to reports that investment bank Greenhill has been appointed to advise on a sale of the company. The claim appeared in the online edition of the newspaper, which did not cite sources. Potentially interested parties are though to include private equity firm Duke Street Capital, who previously owned Esporta, along with UK-based real estate company London & Regional and US-based buyout group Cerberus.
