Fat Face, the extreme sportswear and casual clothing retailer with over 112 stores across the UK, is believed to have appointed NM Rothschild to advise on a sale or listing of the business. Of the two options, Fat Face is thought to favour a sale which analysts believe could fetch around £250m.
