Fayrewood, the UK-listed IT equipment distributor, might attempt a full sale or sell peripheral businesses. The company is trading at just 5.9 times its revised full-year forecasts for this year. The company has posted its second profit warning since May on Thursday (24 August). City sources said there could be a full sale or disposals unless the market puts a higher value on the group. Fayrewood has a market capitalisation of £40m.
