Food & Drink Group (FDG), owners of the Jamies wine bar chain, is to be sold in a pre-packaged administration which will cover some of the group's debt.The company and its advisers are thought to be in discussions with several possible buyers. BDO Stoy Hayward is to handle the administration part of the sale. One party is thought to be interested in purchasing all of the group's sites while others would rather take most, but not all of FDG's 30 bars, some of which trade under the Jamies and Henry J Beans brands.
