Four Seasons - Business Sale

The private-equity group Blackstone has emerged as one of the frontrunners to buy the Four Seasons nursing-home estate. It is believed to have put an enterprise value on the estate in excess of £700m. If successful, Blackstone may try to buy another privately owned nursing-home operator.
