David Binns, the founding partner of UK-based company Freedom Fresh Foods has said that the management plans to sell the business once the brand is better established and has distribution agreements with top retailers. Freedom Fresh markets its chilled curry sauces to young professionals and is negotiating initial contracts to retail the product in City locations. Binns said that demand for the product has so far been high, but did not give a timescale for the possible sale.
