Le Frog Bistro, the chain of five French restaurants located in the North-West, has gone into administration. Begbies Traynor are managing the administration of the Le Frog outlets and have appointed Christie & Co, the licensed property agent, to handle the sale. The restaurants are in Ormskirk, Fulwood, Wigan, Warrington and St Helens.The Le Frog chain, along with the Pastiche Bistro and Smollensky’s brands, are supported by Octopus Private Equity. Octopus’s other restaurants, including Smollensky's, are also thought to be on the market.
