British media group, Fresh Media Group [FMG], has decided to sell Ceros, its online interactive magazine platform division which was set up three years ago. FMG will sell either a majority stake or the entire business.Ceros, which is thought to be worth £5m, is ready for a level of expansion for which FMG does not have the resources to support the burgeoning business, hence the sale.FMG has been in discussion with some interested parties, including advertising group Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH).
