GCap, the listed UK radio group, will divest nine radio stations, the group announced when presenting its half year results. GCap has idenitifed nine analogue radio station, which shall be sold. It was said that the identified stations were outside the company's key geographic regions. Four of these are part of the Marcher Group and five are in the South West. GCap's revenues in the six month period ending September have been £112m, falling 11%, while operating profits were reduced to £14.7m, which is a down of 27%.
