Kroll, the UK consulting firm, is understood to have been mandated by French company GFI Informatique, the listed French IT services group, to work on the sale of its UK subsidiary. Last year, press reports said that GFI Informatique was seeking partners for its foreign operations in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK. The UK operation, has revenues of £21.5m.
