Ridgmont, the UK-based nursing home group, has been put up for sale by its owner Graphite Capital. Deloitte & Touche is advising Graphite on the sale, which could value the company at up to £100m. Southern Cross the UK-based care homes group owned by Blackstone Group, and Four Seasons, owned by Allianz Capital Partners, are among the few shortlisted bidders.
