Guardian Media Group - Division Sale

Trader Group, the £1bn publishing business, owned by BC Partners and Guardian Media Group have received offers for their 52% holding in the company. Trader Group owns Autotrader, Bike Trader and Truck Trader. Profits for the year to March 2002 were £78m on sales of £265m.
