HBOS to sell Town Centre Restaurants

HBOS has put its Town Centre Restaurants business up for sale with a pricetag of £40m, reportedly hiring BDO Stoy Hayward as its advisers. The Town Centre group includes the brands Cafe Giardino and Auberge, and operates over 50 restaurants.
