Henderson Equity Partners is to sell its magazine publishing business, Boat International, with an asking price of £30m. It has reportedly hired boutique advisory firm Longacre to advise on the sale. Boat International is a monthly glossy magazine for wealthy yacht owners and has sister titles in France, Germany, Russia and the US.
