Hilton Group, the UK-listed leisure company, is believed to have appointed CBRE to handle the sale of 12 of its UK hotels valued at £300m. The Hilton London Olympia is believed to be among the hotels for sale. Hilton will continue as operator of the properties as part of a deal as "sale and manage-back" transaction.
