The Hilton Group plans to sell its Hilton London Metropole Hotel. The 1000-room hotel has a book value of £233m after refurbishment over the past two years. Further hotels are being put up for sale by the Hilton Group, among them the Birmingham Metropole, with a total value of £400m.
