Homeform Group which owns some well known brands such as Moben, Dolphin, Sharps bedrooms and Kitchens Direct has been put up for sale by its private equity owner Phildrew Ventures - possibly due to difficult trading conditions. The business is said to be losing about £3m a year and has debt of £12m. The group has 200 sites across Britain and employs more than 2000 people.
