Homever - Company sale

Tesco has bought 36 Homever stores in South Korea from the E-Land Group for £958m. The majority of the Homever stores were previously Carrefour hypermarkets. 21 of the properties are freehold or ground leases and the remaining 15 are leasehold. It is thought that most of the stores will be converted into Tesco stores over the next year.
