Inspicio, the British testing specialist, has received a number of takeover approaches. The company said in a statement "The board of Inspicio notes the recent rise in the company's share price and confirms it has recently received approaches from interested parties which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the company. There is no certainty that any offer will be forthcoming."
