Swedish security company Securitas may put its UK subsidiary Loomis Cash Handling Services up for sale due to a high level of interest. The company has attracted 10 potential bidders, including private equity and industrial companies. A decision on whether to proceed with the sale, which could reach an estimated EUR 1.3bn, is likely to be made by the board over the next few months.
