Iris, the UK-based software firm, could be listed or put up for sale for up to £300m according to reports. It is believed that Infor, the US provider of enterprise business solutions, could be a potential buyer. Last year, Infor acquired UK software company System Union and is looking for further buys. Other possible buyers include Sage and Accenture.
