JCC Lighting, the UK-based lighting manufacturer, is to undergo a strategic review, according to reports. The company's owners, Denis and Jackie Callander, have appointed accountancy group KPMG to advise on options for the business, which could be of interest to rival manufacturing companies and buyout groups. An asking price of £40m has already been suggested for the company. JCC Lighting sreported £5.5m profits on a £33m turnover for the year to April 2006.
