Joseph, the London-headquartered retailer, is reportedly for sale. Joseph could fetch $200m or more in a sale. According to the report, BNP is shopping the company to private equity firms as well as strategic buyers. Potential buyers include Jones Apparel Group, Kellwood, Liz Claiborne and Phillips Van-Heusen. The report went on to note that preliminary bids are due by the end of March.
