Just Learning, one of the UK's largest nursery chains with over 70 nurseries, is to be put up for sale. The sale will be handled by Deloitte, who are expected to release sale packs with detailed financial information over the coming weeks. The business is currnetly run by co-founder Michael Fallon, the Conservative MP. The business achieved sales of £26m and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and ammortisation (EBITDA) were £6m in the year to April 2005.
