Erinaceous has acquired Keelan Westall, the Hampshire-based property insurance broker, for £19.7m. Erinaceous will acquire the company through its Hannover Park Commercial insurance subsidiary. Keelan Westall specialises in commercial property insurance and has an annual premium income of nearly £30m. The company is Erinaceous' sixth acquisition during 2006: earlier in the year, it purchased Tolley, Rose Project Services, Tom McNamara & Partners and Egan Lawson.Andy Halstead, Chief Executive of Hannover Park Commercial (HPC), commented: "The customers of Keelan Westall now have access to a wide range of property risk management solutions that HPC can offer.
