Kirker Holidays, which sells upmarket short breaks to more than 50 cities, is to be put up for sale by private equity firm ECI Partners. Deloitte will handle the sale. The company sells about 23,000 holidays a year to 50 European and North American cities and more than 100 hotels in rural locations. Under ECI, it has also moved into long-haul destinations. The company, which is expected to fetch up to £30m, is forecast to report earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of about £2m this year, from revenue of more than £25m.
