KPMG Restructuring partners, Mark Firmin and Richard Fleming, have sold the entire share capital of listed holding company ScS Upholstery's sole trading subsidiary, A Share & Sons (trading as 'ScS'), to Parlour Product Holding. The price was not disclosed.
