Kudos, the UK-based TV production company responsible for hit drama Spooks, is considering a potential sale following a number of reported approaches. The company has appointed LongAcre Partners to conduct a strategic review and advise on its options, which include a sale, a refinancing or an IPO. The approaches are believed to have come from RDF, Shed, All3Media and Endemol.
